Dave Bates
Project Superintendent
Dave joined the Mark Young Team in 2021 with 8 years of Commercial TI and Retail Remodeling experience. Originally from the Boston Area, he earned a B.A in Business Management from Bentley University. As a Superintendent performing open store remodels, his focus is on maintaining a safe and clean environment for patrons, while mitigating any impacts to the Client’s daily operations. He is a Traveling Man, having worked throughout the western states of Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska. Dave enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and working on his forested property, which overlooks Hurt Canyon in Pagosa Springs, CO.
