Jay started out his construction career in 1989 as a single-family home builder in the front range of Colorado. He grew into a small-scale general contractor with as many as 5 crews under him. When the opportunity arose, he took a job as a multifamily home G.C. in downtown Denver building many large-scale projects including projects with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in construction and enjoys skiing, boating, and camping with his family.
