Lance has more than 30 years of safety management experience. He has been with MYC for more than 5 years and has improved MYC’s safety ratings. He has his Construction Safety Management Certificate from the University of California San Diego and Risk Manager Public Entity (RMPE) Certification. Lance enjoys backpacking, camping, gold prospecting, and woodworking.
